Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following.

1. Copyright: all artwork (including fonts) is protected by copyright. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Big Orange Designs. No part may be reproduced in whole, or part under any circumstances. Big Orange Designs reserves the right to reproduce all or part of any invitation/stationery produced by Big Orange Designs for marketing purposes.

2. Refunds: For orders booked online, refunds are available within 48 hours of submitting payment.

3. Delivery: 2-3 weeks from final artwork sign-off, your invitations/stationery will be delivered to you by registered express post.

4. Minimum orders: For online purchases, there is a minium of 50 invitations or stationery items. For smaller orders please contact us directly.

5. Proofs: Once a design has been completed, a digital proof will be emailed to you (within 1 week of payment or deposit). Please ensure that you check text carefully, that all information is correct and the invitation is as you would like it to be prior to signing off.

6. Sign-off: Once you have approved your invitation/stationery design, we require you to email us your approval.

7. Changes: Any changes subsequent to signing off will be subject to additional charges.

8. Colours/finish: On screen colours may appear slightly different from printed version. The on-screen colour representation is not necessarily precise representations of actual print colours. Some colors may vary slightly depending on stock/supplies. With every order, a free hard copy proof is offered to ensure colour accuracy. Should you not request a hard copy proof, any changes post print will be subject to a reprinting fee.

9. Errors: If any errors occur on your invitation/stationery, compared with that of the signed-off proof, notify Big Orange Designs immediately and your order will be corrected, reprinted and delivered at no charge to you. However, any client errors appearing after sign off will be reprinted and delivered at the clients expense.

10. Prices: All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to provincial taxes where applicable. Prices on additional services and products are subject to change. Please refer to website for current price list.

11. Payment (for orders not done through our online order form): You will be provided with one to three drafts of your stationery based on information attained during a consultation. Requests for additional drafts may be subject to additional design fee. Once final approval has been given, you will be invoiced for the balance. Once payment has been received we will begin the printing process and get your order to you asap.
